Role Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for a full-time Telecaller role based on-site at our Delhi, India location. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. You will also maintain accurate call records, follow up with potential customers, and provide exceptional service to enhance their experience with Fitspire’s health and wellness solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and problem-solving
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to manage multiple calls effectively and work under targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage
