Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role located in Surat. The Telecaller will communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, providing information about our jewelry products and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities include managing calls, maintaining client databases, resolving customer concerns, and generating sales opportunities through effective communication. The role also requires collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer relationship management and client interaction experience
- Basic data entry and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle client concerns and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in using telecommunication and CRM tools
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client relations is an advantage
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages
