Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Counselor, based in Noida. The Tele Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families to provide detailed information about the university’s offerings and guide them through the admission process. Responsibilities include managing inquiries over phone calls, addressing queries, providing program information, following up on applications, and maintaining records of communications. The role requires excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering an exceptional counseling experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and guide individuals effectively
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Experience or familiarity with student counseling and admissions processes is a plus
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous
