Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Pune Division. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, and providing detailed information about products and services. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and building client relationships through effective communication. The role also involves achieving assigned targets and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience and contribute to overall goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Data entry and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the customer service domain is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
