Job Description: Telecaller urgently required for EdTech Institute at Vashi Mumbai
Location: Vashi, Mumbai
Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month
Role Summary
A well-established EdTech Institute in Vashi, Mumbai is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to support student outreach and admissions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospective students and parents effectively over calls.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as experienced candidates to grow in the education and admissions domain.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
· Explain courses, programs and admission process clearly
· Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions
· Maintain call records and update CRM / lead management system
· Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
· Schedule counselling sessions for interested candidates
· Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
· Coordinate with admissions and academic team
Skills & Qualifications
· Any Graduation / Undergraduate can apply
· Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or regional language
· Basic computer knowledge preferred
· Prior telecalling / counselling experience preferred
· Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
· Ability to work with targets and deadlines
