Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Telecaller | Telesales Executive | Customer Sales Executive. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound queries, generating and qualifying leads, and providing excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships. The role also involves understanding customer needs, promoting company products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact, engage, and build trust with clients.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to meet targets.
- Proficiency in Customer Support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote and part-time environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- High level of motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in telesales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and/or proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Salary: ₹19,000–₹23,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives
