Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with students over the phone, understand their educational requirements, and schedule counselling sessions with our career counsellors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a student-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call students from the provided database.
- Explain Legacy College counselling services.
- Understand students' academic interests and requirements.
- Schedule counselling appointments for the counselling team.
- Follow up with interested students via calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements:
- 0 to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience (education industry preferred).
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM, and calling software.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in education counselling or admissions.
- Ability to handle objections professionally.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
