Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated telecaller & sales executive intern to act as the bridge between Nayaa and potential clients. This role is a mix of inside sales, customer relationship management, and lead conversion. You will be responsible for generating interest, qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to potential clients from provided databases and self-sourced channels.
- Introduce Nayaa’s ongoing and upcoming real estate projects to prospects.
- Identify customer needs, budget, and preferred locations to match them with the right property.
2. Sales Conversion:
- Persuade potential buyers to schedule site visits or office meetings with senior sales managers.
- Diligently follow up with "warm" leads to ensure you don't miss any opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets regarding calls, site visits, and preliminary sales closures.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the company CRM system.
- Handle initial objections and queries regarding pricing, amenities, and legal documentation (with support from the senior team).
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain Nayaa’s reputation for trust and reliability.
4. Coordination:
- Coordinate with the site team and senior sales executives to ensure a smooth handover of interested clients.
- Collect feedback from clients regarding market trends and competitor projects.
Who Can Apply

- Education: Any graduate or undergraduate (freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a plus).
- Language: Excellent proficiency in English
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A persuasive and confident demeanour over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and familiarity with smartphones/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejections.
