Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Telecaller Sales Executive. The Telecaller Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to educators, institutions, and stakeholders to promote and sell Teacher's Pride publications and subscription plans. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing information on products and services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized record of customer communications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and customer interaction
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
- Organizational and time management skills to perform administrative tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and ability to use CRM software
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
- Prior experience in sales or telecalling is an advantage, though freshers are also welcome
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; additional languages are a plus
