We’re Hiring: Telecaller / Sales Intern – NEET Counseling (Hybrid | Ghaziabad)
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecaller / Sales Intern to join SARTHA, a growing EdTech counseling platform helping NEET aspirants make informed college and career decisions through structured guidance and counseling.
About the Role
- This is a hybrid internship opportunity where you will be involved in handling student leads, managing follow-ups, and supporting the counseling & sales process.
- You will work closely with the counseling team and gain real-world exposure to how student guidance and conversion systems operate in an EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students who have shown interest in NEET counseling
- Understand their basic profile (NEET rank, state, budget, course preference)
- Provide clear and structured initial guidance
- Manage and track leads through calls and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Coordinate with the counselor for further consultation and conversion
- Maintain accurate daily records of leads, calls, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely response and proper communication with each lead
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confidence in handling calls and interacting with students
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales/counseling role
- Basic understanding of NEET / medical field is a plus (not mandatory)
- Self-discipline and responsibility towards assigned work
- Freshers and college students are encouraged to apply
