Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Telecaller Sales Executive. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients to promote products and services, managing leads and follow-ups, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role requires active collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with clients
- Communication in English is must
- Proficiency in handling sales inquiries and executing follow-up calls
- Problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining organized client data
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets
- Experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage
- 12 pass or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
