About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller – Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a proven sales background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Confident and persuasive telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Good listening and customer relationship management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
