Job Description
Ashwath Machinery is looking for a confident and disciplined Telecaller / Sales Calling Executive to contact potential clients from the plastic manufacturing and plastic machinery industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for calling prospects from the provided database, introducing Ashwath Machinery’s products, understanding customer requirements, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the sales/business team for interested leads.
This is a full-time office job based in Ghaziabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Call potential clients from the provided plastic industry database.
- Introduce Ashwath Machinery and its machine offerings.
- Understand customer requirements for plastic machinery.
- Ask relevant questions about machine requirements, budget, location, and purchase timeline.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and interested leads.
- Share qualified leads with the sales/business team.
- Follow up with prospects as per schedule.
- Update candidate/customer interaction details in the assigned system.
- Communicate professionally with business owners, factory teams, and purchase decision-makers.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Confident and polite phone calling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to maintain call records properly.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Prior telecalling, sales calling, or B2B calling experience preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales support, or customer calling will be preferred.
- Experience in machinery, industrial products, plastic industry, manufacturing, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working from office in Ghaziabad.
- Should be punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn about machinery products.
