Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller (Sales) role based in Kolkata. The responsibilities include engaging with potential customers through outbound calls, presenting travel packages and services, handling inquiries, and converting leads into bookings. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, addressing their concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and local languages
- Persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convert leads into sales
- Customer service aptitude to provide support and address client concerns
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an advantage
