Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller (Sales) based in Noida. As a Telecaller, your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, introducing the company’s offerings, handling inbound and outbound calls, and addressing customer queries. You will manage databases, provide product information, and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling customer inquiries and building rapport.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining customer databases.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and travel-related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
