Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller/Patient Care Executive based in Chennai. The responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries and booking appointments. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of patient information, providing detailed explanations of the clinic’s services, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience in customer service with a patient-centric approach
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with scheduling software
- Positive attitude, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in healthcare or beauty services is a plus
