Role Description Telecaller Marketing Executives at Vizaxpert handle outbound and inbound calls to connect with potential and existing customers, introduce company services, and generate qualified leads. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, involving daily coordination with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and follow up on prospects. Responsibilities include explaining offerings clearly, answering queries, maintaining call records in CRM or relevant systems, and meeting call and conversion targets. The role also involves gathering basic market feedback from conversations, scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team, and ensuring a professional and courteous customer experience on every call.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research and Market Planning to understand customer segments and support targeted calling campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to handle calls clearly, listen actively, and convey information in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to engage prospects, present offerings effectively, and support lead generation and conversion.
- Relevant experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to work with basic computer tools, CRM systems, and call tracking software is preferred.
- Comfort in working in an on-site environment in Ahmedabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Basic educational qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
