Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Caller role located in Bengaluru. The Caller will engage with residents and stakeholders to provide information, resolve queries, manage communication tasks, and handle customer concerns. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, following up on assigned leads, maintaining records of conversations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will champion communication as the first point of contact for the organization, providing support and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 0.6–3 years of experience in Telecaller.
- Good Communication and Understanding in English and Marathi is Mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different situations
- Basic computer literacy and experience with customer management tools
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work under limited supervision
- Prior experience in customer support, Telecalling, or a similar role is a plus.
