- Maintain Records: Accurately record and update customer interactions in the Scoresoftlabs CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets as set by Scoresoftlabs.
- Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to convert leads into sales.
- Report Issues: Report any issues encountered during calls to Scoresoftlabs management for timely resolution.
- Update Database: Regularly update customer information and interactions in the Scoresoftlabs database.
- Promote Services: Effectively communicate the benefits of Scoresoftlabs' services to potential clients.
- Handle Rejections: Professionally manage rejections and objections while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Support Team: Collaborate with the Scoresoftlabs team to enhance overall performance and achieve collective goals.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Telugu with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not mandatory at Scoresoftlabs.
