Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound)
Experience: 6 months – 3 year
Industry Preference: Technology / EdTech / Learning
Location: Mumbai or Bangalore (Work From Home)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is comfortable making outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and explaining products/services. Candidates with experience in Technology, EdTech, or learning-based organizations are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Explain offerings and generate interest/leads
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets
Requirements:
• Experience in tele calling or outbound calling
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working from home setup
• Basic computer knowledge
