Role Overview
We are looking for confident and persuasive Telecaller Interns who can drive client acquisition through outbound and inbound calling. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into business opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales, communication, and business development, and who want hands-on experience in real-time client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data or self-generated leads
• Introduce company services and explain offerings clearly
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT solutions
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales/business team
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain engagement
• Maintain records of calls and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate with the Business Development and Marketing team
• Achieve weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

• Students or recent graduates from any stream
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
• Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
• Ability to work remotely and manage daily calling targets
