Role OverviewAs a Telecaller Intern at Learnosphere, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, explaining our courses, and supporting the admissions process. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build communication, sales, and customer engagement skills in the edtech industry.

Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
- Explain Learnosphere’s courses, features, and benefits clearly
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic queries
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems
- Follow up with interested candidates to drive conversions
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team
🧠
Required Skills- Strong verbal communication (Hindi & English preferred)
- Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
🎓
Eligibility Criteria- Undergraduate or recent graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not required
