About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Interns to join our remote team. This internship is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, have strong communication skills, and are looking to gain real-world experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales support.
Key Responsibilities
● 📞 Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to introduce and promote Indux Solar’s products and services.
● 📋 Lead Generation: Identify interested prospects and collect basic information for follow-up by the sales team.
● 🧾 Database Management: Maintain and update call records and lead data
accurately.
● 💬 Customer Interaction: Answer queries, provide basic product information, and build a positive rapport with potential customers.
● ️ Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls as needed to nurture leads and schedule meetings.
Skills Required
● Excellent verbal communication in English and/or regional languages
● Confidence and clarity in phone conversations
● Active listening and ability to understand customer needs
● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus)
● Patience, persistence, and a polite approach to communication
● Time management and ability to work independently in a remote setup
