Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller Intern. As a Telecaller Intern at India Prime Times, you will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, managing outbound calls, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about services. You will be expected to maintain detailed records of conversations, generate leads, and follow up with potential prospects as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and maintain high levels of professionalism during calls.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in delivering clear, concise information
- Customer service orientation, active listening, and the ability to assist and engage effectively
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational and documentation skills to manage call records and follow-ups effectively
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a relevant academic program in Communication, Business, or related fields
