Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Shivajinagar for a Telecaller Intern. The responsibilities include making outbound calls to target audiences, providing information about the organization’s offerings, maintaining detailed call records, and following up with prospects to address their queries or concerns. The intern will also play a key role in coordinating communication between various stakeholders and supporting data entry or reporting tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor during calls
- Problem-solving and active listening skills to address client queries effectively
- Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages, such as Marathi or Hindi, would be advantageous
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
