Glocal Opportunities is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Interns for our Study Visa Department. If you have good communication skills and are eager to learn and grow in the immigration industry, we would love to connect with you.
Job Role:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with potential clients
- Share basic information regarding study visa services
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the concerned team
- Maintain daily call records and updates
Eligibility:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge
- Open to learning and working in a professional environment
- Freshers and interns are welcome
- Prior experience in study visa/telecalling is a plus but not mandatory
Internship Details:
- Internship Opportunity
- Office Location: Le Meridien Commercial Tower, Connaught Place, Delhi
- Working Days: 1 Roaster Off + Sundays Fixed Off
- Shift Timings:
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
