Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote various insurance products (health, life, motor, etc.).
- Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively explain the features, benefits, and coverage details of each insurance product.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, address client concerns, and provide detailed information on policy options and processes.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, keeping a record of all potential clients, and setting appointments for follow-up calls or meetings.
- Sales Support: Work with the sales team to meet targets by scheduling calls, sending reminders, and supporting clients through the policy purchase process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of each call, client interaction, and follow-up status in CRM or designated system.
- Meeting Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to understand their needs better and improve services.
- Any work related to Insurance given by the management.
Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and manage high call volumes
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge)
- Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
- Languages (combination or anyone): Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu.
- Speak write and reading English is compulsory.
