As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential donors and supporters to share information about our programs and encourage them to contribute to our cause. With your proficiency in MS-Excel, Hindi and English, you will be able to effectively communicate and track donor information to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential donors to introduce them to Trulyhelp Foundation and our various projects.
- Providing information about our programs and initiatives in a clear and concise manner.
- Building relationships with donors and supporters to enhance their engagement with the organization.
- Recording and updating donor details and interactions in MS-Excel for future reference.
- Collaborating with the fundraising team to meet donation targets and support fundraising campaigns.
- Resolving donor queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Contributing to the overall success of the organization by meeting KPIs and targets set by the management.
