Are you a fluent English and Hindi speaker with exceptional communication skills? Do you have experience with MS-Excel and possess a knack for sales? Spinclabs is looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our team!
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Maintain and update customer databases in MS-Excel
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to improve sales strategies
