Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and maintain leads in the CRM or database.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule meetings with the sales team.
Maintain daily call reports and achieve calling targets.
