Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow ups
- Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly calling and sales targets
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing and offers
- Resolve customer complains and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required-
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, positive attitude and patience while dealing with clients, ability to handle pressure
