Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
- Clearly communicate the mission, vision, and impact of Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with donors.
- Persuade individuals to contribute financially to ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor interactions, and contributions.
- Follow up with interested donors via calls, messages, or emails.
- Meet daily/weekly fundraising targets.
- Handle donor queries politely and professionally.
