Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Handling incoming calls and queries from potential customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Demonstrating fluency in both spoken English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
