Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Telecaller to support our healthcare initiatives. Based on-site in Vijayawada, this role involves interacting with patients, clients, or stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and providing essential information about our services. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of conversations, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting team coordination to ensure a seamless communication experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in telephone communication skills, active listening, and maintaining professional etiquette during calls
- Ability to document conversations accurately and manage information using database systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client or patient inquiries with clarity and precision
- Fluency in English and local languages for effective communication with diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle volume efficiently
- Familiarity with healthcare or service-related environments is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service, telecalling, or a related field
