Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Vijayawada. The Telecaller will handle patient communications, assist with appointment scheduling, provide information about hospital services, and follow up on patient inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interactions and collaborating with hospital teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. An emphasis on providing excellent customer support will be core to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain detailed and accurate records
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications
- Fluency in relevant local languages and English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role in the healthcare industry is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage
