Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller fresher located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Telecaller will engage in daily interactions with potential clients, making outbound calls and providing information about the company’s offerings. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, addressing customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of communication. Consistent communication and relationship building are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills to effectively engage in conversations with clients and address their questions.
- Basic knowledge of customer service practices and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate documentation of interactions and follow-up activities.
- Problem-solving and adaptability skills to handle different client needs and situations effectively.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred; additional language skills are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; any additional qualification in communications or business administration is a plus.
