Job Description:
Score Merit is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Telecaller to manage lead follow-ups and client communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with interested leads and converting them through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
Provide accurate information about Score Merit’s programs/services
Handle queries and objections effectively
Maintain call records and update lead status regularly
Build and maintain good relationships with leads
Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in telecalling / customer support / sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
Experience in education or ed-tech industry is a plus
Fluent in English, Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
