About the Role
e-Biz Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company professionally over calls.
Success in this role means consistently building meaningful customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the company's business growth through effective communication and follow-ups. As a Telecaller, you will play an important role in supporting our Business Development team by generating quality opportunities and strengthening customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Build positive relationships with customers through effective conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and lead management.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions.
QualificationsEducation
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Degree Completed)
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and basic internet usage).
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Candidates residing in Gwalior.
