Job Overview:
As a Tele Caller – Customer Acquisition, you will engage with pre-generated leads received from:
· Digital marketing platforms
· Channel partners (MFDs / Brokers)
· Offline marketing initiatives
· Your goal is to educate prospects about Loan Against Mutual Funds (LAMF) and convert qualified leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Connect with inbound leads and explain Liquify’s loan offerings clearly
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
· Follow up consistently to close leads and meet conversion targets
· Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
· Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Eligibility & Skills:
· Education: Any graduate
· Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (mandatory)
· Good communication and persuasion skills
· Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
· Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
· Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
