Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jalandhar for a Telecaller Cum Admission Counsellor. The responsibilities include communicating with prospective students and their families, promoting the institution's programs, assisting with student inquiries, providing guidance on the admission process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting enrollment goals through effective communication and counseling.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and providing positive experiences to clients or students
- Proven aptitude in Sales or similar roles
- Familiarity with the education sector and counseling experience is an advantage
- Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced professional environment
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
