About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and communicative telecaller who also understands the language of numbers. This isn't a standard script-reading role. You will be speaking directly with business owners, freelancers, and professionals about their taxes and finances. Your background in accounting will help you understand their pain points, explain our services confidently, and build instant trust.
What You Will Do:
Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to warm leads and potential clients to explain our accounting, tax planning, and financial advisory services.
Consultative Calling: Use your basic accounting knowledge to answer initial queries regarding GST, income tax, and business compliance.
Lead Qualification: Identify the specific financial needs of the client and schedule detailed consultations with our senior tax advisors.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, client details, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from prospective clients, offering a warm and professional first impression of the firm.
Who Should Apply?
Educational Background: Graduates or students in B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or anyone with a foundational understanding of accounting.
Domain Knowledge: Basic familiarity with accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, and general financial compliance.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
Mindset: Confident, target-oriented, polite, and comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone.
