Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Sholinganallur. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with customers and clients over the phone, providing information about the company’s AI solutions and products, and addressing inquiries with a professional and customer-focused approach. Additional responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate customer records, supporting sales lead generation, and liaising internally with relevant teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally and maintain customer relationships
  • Solid problem-solving and active listening skills to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in computer applications, CRM tools, and data entry for maintaining accurate records
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus
  • Capacity to work under targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Prior experience in technology, AI, or enterprise solutions is beneficial
