Role description
YuvaHire is looking for a Telecaller to connect with colleges across India. Your primary responsibility will be to call Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), placement coordinators, and professors, introduce YuvaHire, and schedule product demo meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Call colleges and introduce YuvaHire
- Explain the platform and its benefits
- Schedule demo meetings with interested colleges
- Follow up with prospects and maintain call records
- Achieve daily calling and meeting targets
Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Confident speaking with college faculty and professionals
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling, inside sales, or customer support experience
- Graduate preferred
