Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Telecaller based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The Telecaller will handle daily responsibilities such as reaching out to prospective clients, addressing inquiries, providing information about Yral Foods' products, and maintaining professional customer interactions. The role also requires conducting follow-up calls, recording customer feedback, and coordinating with team members to support sales efforts and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficient communication skills, including telephone etiquette and professional verbal communication.
- Basic knowledge of food products such as Indian spices, dry snacks, and ready-to-eat meals is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications for recording and managing customer data.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required, with additional regional language skills being a plus.
