Position Title: Telecaller / TeleCounsellor
YES Germany is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers/TeleCounsellors to join our Sales team. The role involves handling leads, managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate databases, and supporting conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:● Handle incoming and outgoing calls, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Maintain and update customer databases & CRM systems.
● Support sales team by nurturing leads, mapping them as qualified leads, and scheduling appointments.
● Ensure call quality, clear communication, and professional interactions with prospects.
● Provide customer care, address queries, and assist in customer retention.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
● Generate and share daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Competencies:● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Lead management discipline with timely follow-ups.
● Typing and data entry accuracy.
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Experience Required: 0-1 Years
Location : Mangalore
Working Days: 6 per week
