Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi to connect with diverse audiences.
- Present products/services clearly and convincingly, handling objections effectively.
- Achieve weekly call targets (~700 calls).
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Collaborate with the team to improve calling strategies and conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command over English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes with discipline and consistency.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (office + remote).
- Must own a personal laptop with stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
