Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Vishakhapatnam. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, managing incoming inquiries, maintaining customer records, and providing information about the services offered by Velvet Salon And Spa. The role also involves scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and addressing any queries to ensure an excellent client experience. Daily responsibilities include clear communication, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to handle and manage customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide clear information about services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain customer records accurately and ensure timely follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in telecalling or a customer service role is an advantage
- Proficiency in English and local languages preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or customer service are beneficial
- Freshers & experienced both are welcome
