Role Description
We are looking for a Telecaller / Lead Follow-up Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls for one of our client Izin Designs Interior Studio, In the interior design (Primary ) and digital marketing service (Secondry) sectors.
The role involves contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining services, answering basic enquiries, recording lead details accurately, and supporting follow-up activities, and converting leads to sales.
Required Skills
- knowledge of interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and interior materials is preferred.
- Confidence in customer calls and follow-ups.
- Good communication in Malayalam and basic English.
- Ability to record customer details, budget, location, and requirements clearly.
- Basic computer or mobile usage.
- Telecalling, sales, customer support, or interior enquiry handling experience is preferred.
