Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role at our Gurugram office. The Telecaller will be responsible for customer outreach, making and receiving phone calls, explaining products or services, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves maintaining records of customer interaction, delivering accurate information, and achieving communication goals set by the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and maintain professionalism
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English language
- Organizational and time management skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or related roles is a plus
- Basic computer literacy
- Only graduates are eligible
