Role Description
This is a remote internship opportunity for a Telecaller at TheCconnects. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective contributors, explaining the platform’s offerings, and soliciting features and interviews. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of calls, following up on inquiries, building potential connections, and providing excellent communication to foster partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Experience in customer interaction, call handling, or similar responsibilities is an advantage
- Organizational and time management skills to manage outreach and follow-ups effectively
- Basic familiarity with digital communication tools and technological ease in working remotely
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in the media, publication, or PR industry is a bonus
